Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work within our Manual Therapy Approach to patient care, collaborating closely with our chiropractic and wellness staff to deliver exceptional outcomes. A strong wellness philosophy and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques in alignment with our manual therapy approach.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients throughout every stage of care.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and wellness staff to provide integrated, whole-patient treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and progress notes.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy clinical environment aligned with our mission of genuine care.
Requirements
- Current, active Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Graduate degree (DPT or MPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and clinical competency.
- Genuine interest in and experience with manual therapy techniques.
- A demonstrated wellness philosophy and patient-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with athletes or sports-related injuries.

We are excited to announce the arrival of Jameson Gregory to the world. Jameson was born this past Wednesday and is 7lb 14 oz and 21 inches long. The proud parents are Krista Gregory, our Falls Church Office Manager, and John Gregory. Mom and baby are doing wonderful. We are very excited for Krista and John as they begin their journey as parents. Krista plans to return to work early winter.
The United Wellness & Sports Rehab TRAVELING DUDE took its maiden voyage 15 hours away to Greece. My personal adventure began in June as I took my two teenage children on a 2 week vacation in Greece. What an amazing people and country. We had private traditional Greek dance lessons, rode donkeys down and up the Santorini caldera, stayed in an authentic farming village and watched as the native people prepare
abnormality, she has low muscle tone, spasticity, and delayed fine and gross motor skills. We have already seen great improvements in her after beginning physical and occupational therapy, and I believe chiropractic care would make the perfect complete circle of her care and help her tremendously.”
