Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work within our Manual Therapy Approach to patient care, collaborating closely with our chiropractic and wellness staff to deliver exceptional outcomes. A strong wellness philosophy and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques in alignment with our manual therapy approach.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients throughout every stage of care.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and wellness staff to provide integrated, whole-patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy clinical environment aligned with our mission of genuine care.

Requirements

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Graduate degree (DPT or MPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and clinical competency.
• Genuine interest in and experience with manual therapy techniques.
• A demonstrated wellness philosophy and patient-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with athletes or sports-related injuries.
