Dr. Hirad NajafBagy Dr. H

Founder and President of United Wellness & Sports Rehab, Dr. Hirad NajafBagy (Dr. H) is sought after for his ability to keep professional athletes and weekend warriors at peak performance. His therapeutic and soft tissue techniques have benefited thousands—from top professional athletes and those recovering from traumatic injuries to individuals simply wanting to decrease physical discomfort and improve their quality of life. Dr. H was the Official Team Chiropractor for D.C. United major league soccer team from 1998 to 2023. He served in the same role for the 2002 and 2004 Major League Soccer All-Star Games and the 1999 and 2003 Women’s World Cup teams. His contributions to soccer also include working with the U.S. National Soccer Team and the Washington Freedom, as well as treating teams during the MLS Cup throughout the past decade. In 2010, Dr. H expanded his devotion to international “football” to include the American version, becoming the Team Chiropractor for the NFL’s Washington Commanders. In 2011, he was named Team Chiropractor for the Washington Nationals, followed by the Washington Capitals NHL team in 2021. He also served as the chiropractor for the 2018 MLB All-Star Game and the 2019 World Series Champion Washington Nationals. In 2017, Dr. H was honored to be the first chiropractor to present on sports medicine manual therapy at the Advanced Team Physicians Course and the INOVA Sports Medicine Conference. Most recently, in 2025, he had the privilege of serving as the keynote speaker at his alma mater, Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU), in Minneapolis.
