Kassidy became a licensed massage therapist in 2018, graduating from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, VA. Since being in practice, she has provided high-quality, personalized therapeutic massage to help clients manage pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. Kassidy loves always learning about human anatomy and physiology, using her education to customize each session to address individual needs, whether it’s targeting specific muscle groups or providing full-body relaxation. Along with providing soft tissue body work, Kassidy is also certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She uses her knowledge in anatomy and physiology to teach clients movements that help them with their pain to get back to their everyday routine without limitations.

Outside of practice, Kassidy enjoys spending time with family/friends, her dog, being active in the gym or outside and relaxing at home.
